My gazebo project was commissioned by a cemetery association. The columns and handrails are made from one inch square steel tube. Two inch square steel tube was used for the roof structure. The scrolls were formed from 1/2 x 1/8 inch flat using my scroll bender. The bench seat around the inside of the gazebo was fabricated from 1-1/2 x 3 inch rectilinear tube.
My welder is a Lincoln Electric Power MIG® 140C wire feeder welder. I selected this welder model because of the infinite [continuous] voltage control. I used solid wire and CO2 shielding gas for this project.

Only limited details are available and the projects have NOT been engineered by the Lincoln Electric Company.
