Jeff Robinson made this mailbox trellis with his Lincoln Electric SP-135 Plus wire feeder welder (current model is Power MIG® 140C).
Jeff first cut scrap 14 gauge steel at 20-inch and 24-inch radius with an Arcus Curve Cutting Blade for steel. He tried various angles and arcs before settling on a dual arch with "S" curve design. The parts were MIG welded together, painted and mounted on the mailbox post. A clematis vine is growing on the trellis.
