Engineering team defines welding solutions in order to anticipate, develop and apply technology to current and future business opportunities. They provide engineering support, to teams working on performance, cost reduction and quality initiatives. They leverage their welding expertise to resolve problems in the field or during the manufacturing processes.
Manufacturing team develops appropriate processes to manage production capacity and inventory. Drives manufacturing and quality performance management, metrics and policy deployment. Drives the efforts to achieve the EHS requirements and ongoing improvement activities.Purchasing team is focused on identifying and implement-ing the most advantageous sources at global level for both raw material and traded products. Ensures leverage for the global volumes and co-ordinate regional efforts for sourcing and new suppliers introduction.Supply Chain team leads continuous improvement to meet all established cost, quality, and delivery commitments. Drives the deployment of lean principles to reduce leadtimes, and improve cashflow
Our finance team main role is to partner with business leaders to drive financial performance of the company. The team is responsible for the full finance planning and analysis from developing estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews to monthly closing. They drive growth by providing analysis of results and identifying and tracking key metrics and advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions.
Our ICT Team focus is to align sources, capital and human, best support business initiatives and operations, ensure appropriate security and internal controls, improve service and to convert the function from a cost center to a value center.
Marketing team manages portfolio strategy including new products introduction, positioning, and current product portfolio evolution. The team coordinates and manages the execution of the marketing plan and identifies opportunities for growth/ market share gain. Also provides input to the new product/solutions development. The team is responsible for demand generation.
