DETAILS

CROMO E91 is a basic coated matching core wire 9%Cr 1%Mo VNbN electrode suitable for welding creep resistant steels like X10CrMoVNb9-1, SA387 Gr91 Cl1 and Cl2, SA 182 Gr F91, SA 335 Gr P91, SA 213 Gr T91 and similar. The weld metal chemistry is very low in tramp/impurity elements. The fine tuning of the weld metal chemistry allows excellent rupture strength at high temperature, approved up to +650°C. Mn+Ni restriction increases Ac1 to avoid harmful microstructure transformation during PWHT.
